Traditional Balinese cooking preparation during an Ubud cooking class

A Hands-On Balinese Cooking Experience

This is more than watching a cooking demonstration. You work with local ingredients, prepare traditional Balinese dishes step by step, and learn practical techniques you can use at home.

"Cook, share, taste, and take a little piece of Bali home with you."

The class takes place in the Balinese countryside, already surrounded by rice fields and village life. There is no separate rice-field or village walk—the landscape is part of the setting while the focus stays on food, cooking and culture.
