Booking Policy
A clear guide to choosing your class, sharing your details and confirming your cooking experience.
Please read the information below before booking. If something is not covered here, contact us directly and we will clarify the arrangement with you before your booking is confirmed.
1 · CHOOSE YOUR CLASS
Shared or private?
IDR 700K / person
The private class is reserved for your own group. You do not join other travellers for the cooking session.

2 · BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
Your booking is confirmed with us.
To request a booking, send us your preferred date, number of guests, class type and accommodation location. We will check the arrangements with you. Availability should be confirmed directly with us before you consider the booking final.

3 · PICKUP
Pickup depends on your location.
Pickup can be arranged
Pickup is available around the Ubud area. Share your accommodation when contacting us so we can check the arrangement.
Additional charge may apply
If your accommodation is farther from Ubud, pickup may not be available or an additional charge of approximately IDR 100K may apply, depending on the location.
Important: Pickup availability and any additional charge depend on the actual accommodation location.
Please confirm this with us before booking.
4 · CHANGES & SPECIAL REQUESTS
Tell us early if your plans change.
Need to change details?
If your date or number of guests changes, contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know what can be accommodated based on availability.
Have a food restriction?
Tell us before the class about dietary requirements or allergies. We can then discuss what adjustments may be possible for the session.
5 · PAYMENT
Pay when you arrive.
Payment is made in cash upon arrival at the cooking class. No advance payment is required for the standard booking arrangement.

6 · CANCELLATION
Cancellation arrangements should be confirmed directly.
Because cancellation terms can depend on the booking arrangement, date and any payment or third-party booking channel used, please contact us before assuming a cancellation or refund condition.
We do not want you to guess. If you need to cancel, reschedule or ask about a refund, contact us directly
as soon as possible and we will explain the applicable arrangement for your booking.
6 · ARRIVAL & LOCATION
Know where you're going.
The cooking class is located at F7WH+FF6, Jl. Raya Laplapan, Petulu, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80552. The venue is in a countryside setting around Ubud, with rice fields and village life around the area.
