These terms explain the main arrangements for our cooking class. They are intended to make the booking process clear before you confirm your experience with us.

Bookings are requested by contacting us, including through WhatsApp. Please provide your preferred date, number of guests, class type, preferred session and accommodation or pickup location.
A booking should not be considered confirmed until we have confirmed the arrangement with you.

Please choose your preferred session when making your booking. Final availability is subject to confirmation.
Payment is made in cash upon arrival at the cooking class. No advance payment is required for the standard booking arrangement.
Pickup is available around the Ubud area. Please provide your accommodation details when booking so we can check the pickup arrangement.
If your accommodation is farther from Ubud, pickup may not be available or an additional charge of approximately IDR 100K may apply, depending on the location.
The cooking experience takes place in a Balinese countryside setting around Ubud, surrounded by rice fields and village life. There is no separate village walk or separate rice-field walk as part of the class.
Recipes are provided after the cooking class so you can continue making the dishes at home.
If your date, number of guests, session or accommodation changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check what can be accommodated based on availability.
Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements can depend on the booking circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking.
We do not state a fixed refund or cancellation period here because the applicable arrangement should be confirmed directly with us for the specific booking.
Please tell us about dietary requirements or food allergies before the class. We can then discuss what adjustments may be possible for your session.
